Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Child Policy Allowed • Two children under the age of 4 years will enjoy a complimentary stay and breakfast. • Children within the age of 5 - 9 years will enjoy a complimentary stay but need to pay BDT 600 for breakfast and BDT 600 for swimming. • Children over the age of 9 years is considered an adult, hence an extra bed along with breakfast is required, for which BDT 2,300 needed to be paid at the hotel reception. Pet Policy Not Allowed House Rules Swimming Pool Maintenance: Swimming pool will be closed for 14 days from March 10th to March 23rd, 2025, for annual maintenance. On those dates, Sayeman will transport the guests to Sayeman Heritage Swimming Pool. Guests dressed appropriately can swim in the pool for two hours. They will drop off guests at Sayeman Heritage three times a day: 10 a.m., 12 p.m., and 3 p.m., and pick them up every two hours. Booking and Check-In Policies: > Standard check-in time is 2PM and check out 12PM > Blackout Cancellation Policy: During Blackout/Long Holidays period Cancellation policy will not be applicable. > Identification Requirement: Each guest must present a copy of their valid NID or other forms of identification documents during check-in. > Early Check-In: Generally, early check-in is possible if there is a vacant room available upon arrival. The hotel cannot guarantee an early check-in since it depends on availability. It is necessary to book hotel accommodation 1 day ahead for a guaranteed early check-in same as Late check-out. > Document Requirement for Adults: A copy of NID, Driving License, or valid Passport with proper VISA should be presented at check-in for each adult guest. Food and Dining Policies: > Complimentary Breakfast: Complimentary Buffet Breakfast for two (per bedroom) is available at Casablanca Restaurant on the 2nd Floor. > Buffet breakfast timing: 7 AM- 10.30 AM > Dining Options: The restaurant is open for à la carte services only. For guest hygiene, in-room dining service is encouraged. > Meal Charges: Lunch and Dinner are charged at 1,500 per person. > Prohibited Items: Outside foods and alcohol are not allowed. > Outside Items Prohibition: Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed. Hygiene and Safety Policies: > Room Turndown and Makeup Services: For hygiene purposes, room turndown and makeup services will be available from the 2nd night of your stay. > Social Distancing: Please maintain social distance during your stay. > Personal Hygiene Kit: Please carry your own personal hygiene kit and follow the hotel's sanitizing process before entering. > Firearms Policy: All the specifies that firearms that licenses issued between January 6, 2009 to August 5, 2024 are not allowed! Swimming Pool & Gym Usage Policy: > To keep the swimming pool neat and clean, guests are requested to wear appropriate synthetic swimming costumes (e.g., Men: only synthetic sports shorts; Women: only long synthetic sports leggings and synthetic sports T-shirt). The pool is available for a maximum of 35 persons at a time from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm. > Extra child (from 5 to 10 years) swimming pool charge will be BDT 600 per hour. > Gym usage requires a proper dress code and sports shoes, with a maximum of 2 adults per bedroom entitled to 1-hour complimentary use from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum 4 persons allowed at a time. > Swimming Pool Dress Code: To maintain the hygiene and safety of our Infinity Swimming pool, all guests must wear appropriate synthetic swimming costumes. > Gym Dress Code: To use our Lifestyle Fitness center gym, all guests must wear athletic/sports clothes and shoes. General Hotel Policies: > Guest Restrictions: Outside guests are not allowed in the room. > Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. > Noise Policy: Sound boxes, loud music, or loud sound are not allowed in the room and hotel premises. > Prohibited Electronic Items: Rice cookers or any other electronic items are not allowed in the room. > Hotel Property Policy: Hotel towels, bathrobes, or other amenities/equipment are not allowed to be taken outside of the hotel. > Photography Restrictions: Personal photographers are not allowed on hotel premises. > Mini Bar Policy: For smooth check-out, the mini-bar will be locked after 9:30 am on the check-out date. If you need it to remain open, please inform the Front Desk or Housekeeping in advance. > During your stay if you don’t allow hotel’s services in your absence, please keep informed before the Reception or Housekeeping- once you have been checked in
